As an Account Coordinator, no two days ever look the same. We support event planners at every stage of their planning journey, which keeps the work dynamic and continually pushes us to think creatively. What I value most is serving as a voice for our clients internally; ensuring their feedback directly influences the evolution of our platform.
What stood out to me most was how approachable everyone is. I never felt like I had to figure things out alone. Even early on, I was encouraged to share ideas to improve or adjust processes and to take ownership. I’ve learned so much by working cross-functionally with many of our sub-teams day to day.
There is nothing quite as rewarding as being on the ground at an event and seeing our technology in action. Experiencing the exact moment when all our team's behind-the-scenes hard work flawlessly comes to life brings the project full circle and makes the impact of what we do truly tangible.
