We're excited to announce a major update and revamp to the PheedLoop OnSite App, coming this June. This release enhances the existing OnSite App with a refreshed experience, deeper customization, and more flexible device management for on-site event operations.

Designed for event organizers managing event check-in, badge printing, lead retrieval, session check-in, and on-site kiosks, this update helps streamline how teams run conferences, meetings, expos, and other in-person events.

What's New

More Control, Simple Setup

The updated OnSite App introduces several powerful improvements designed to simplify on-site event operations:

• Refreshed UI/UX: A completely redesigned interface with expanded customization options for colors, images, banners, and messaging, making it easier to create a branded event experience.
• Device-Level Kiosk Profiles: Every iPad and printer can now have its own dedicated profile. Configure devices independently for attendee check-in, VIP registration, speaker check-in, badge reprints, and more.
• Configure Once, Deploy Everywhere: Set up a profile on a single iPad and deploy those settings across multiple devices and printers, reducing setup time and minimizing configuration errors.
• Customizable Splash Screens: Create branded welcome screens with custom banners and messaging for self-service kiosks, or disable them entirely for staffed registration lanes where speed is the priority.

Coming This June

This updated version of the PheedLoop OnSite App will be available in late June 2026 for all customers. Once released, you’ll be able to update your app and start using the new kiosk profiles, splash screens, and refreshed interface for your next on-site event.
