We're thrilled to share that the updated PheedLoop Go, our completely rebuilt mobile event app, is officially launching in March 2026. Many of you have already experienced it firsthand as beta participants, we're grateful for your feedback, which shaped what we're releasing.
This is a complete reimagining of the mobile experience for your events. It's faster, more intuitive, and more accessible, built from the ground up on an entirely new architecture.
This post is meant to walk you through what's happening, and more importantly, what it means for you, your events, and your attendees.
What You'll Notice
Everything you and your attendees rely on is still there; same features, same capabilities. What's changed is how it all feels. The interface has been completely redesigned with clean navigation, and accessibility built in from the start. The app is dramatically faster, with improved load times and seamless transitions between sections. It's the same PheedLoop Go your attendees know, just a much better version of it.

What This Means for You
We've done the work to make this transition seamless. App settings will be kept in sync between the two versions of the app, so attendees who still have the old version installed from a previous event will still be able to use it as normal. No dead ends.
If you're a white label app customer, you've likely already been using the new version. The architecture powering PheedLoop Go has been running white label apps in production for some time now. Many customers haven't even noticed the change — and that's by design.
Events already set up with the current PheedLoop Go will stay on that version. We will not force an update on you. Your existing events keep running exactly as they are.
Newly created events will begin using PheedLoop Go by default. Starting late March, when you create a new event, it will use the new app. Documentation and support resources will be ready before that happens.
The current app isn't going away overnight. The existing app will be renamed to "PheedLoop" and will remain available throughout the transition. We're planning to wind down legacy support on July 1, 2026, but you'll have plenty of notice and support along the way.
What You Need to Do
For now, nothing. We'll notify you when the new version is released and ready to use, and updated documentation will be available before anything changes.
We're excited about what's ahead, and we couldn't have gotten here without your support and feedback. Thank you for being part of this journey.
