The addition of filters to the Schedule page is a crucial improvement, making it easier for attendees to find the events most relevant to them.
Additionally, the Schedule page itself has received a major upgrade. Key information for each session - such as date, time, and location - is now displayed in individual, cohesive text boxes, highlighting their importance. To address customer feedback about the lengthiness of the event schedule page, we’ve moved session descriptions to a separate page accessible via a “View Details” button. This change greatly shortens the Schedule page, displaying only essential information upfront.
Another key update is the map in the footer. Previously, the map section at the bottom of most website pages showed attendees the venue location. After various discussions between our design and engineering teams, we decided to remove this section as the default setting for the new Event Website, enhancing the site’s aesthetic appeal.
